Job summary

Dpstar Thermo Control Electric Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Project Sales professional in Malaysia to drive business and manage the full sales cycle. You will engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success.

The role level will be determined by experience, with a salary range of RM3,500–RM5,000 per month for Executive/Senior Executive positions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Executive role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
• Experience in project sales or technical sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned market.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Manage full sales cycle: enquiries, quotations, negotiations, order follow-ups and project coordination.
• Conduct client meetings and project site visits to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, reports and forecasts.
• Follow up on tenders and projects to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the sales team and support strategy for Assistant Manager/Manager level.
