Job summary

Wuhan FiberHome International (M) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for TM customer-related projects in Kuala Lumpur.

You will liaise with project teams, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective, timely procurement aligned with delivery standards. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Procurement or related field, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel on-site as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in a related field (Procurement/Supply Chain/Business)
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to undertake short-term business travel and on-site assignments

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end procurement for TM customer-related projects.
• Develop understanding of TM project operating models, procurement procedures, and delivery standards.
• Liaise with project teams and stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor procurement progress and proactively resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure procurement activities support project schedules, quality requirements, and delivery milestones.
• Maintain and expand a pool of TM project-related subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Identify, evaluate, screen, and onboard new suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assess supplier capabilities, pricing, service quality, capacity, compliance, and delivery performance.
• Manage daily procurement activities: RFQ, inquiries, quotation comparison, evaluation, negotiation, supplier selection, contracts, follow-up and delivery tracking.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
