The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Business Studies or Supply Chain, with 5+ years in procurement and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Studies or Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in procurement/supply chain.
• Able to work independently under tight schedules with positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compare quotations and negotiate best pricing, terms and value.
• Liaise with users to understand requirements and add value to procurement process.
• Oversee procurement activities for MMS and FS and support Singapore-based team.
• Attend operations and management meetings and update weekly/monthly cost and minutes.
