Job summary

Pansar Company Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a capable engineer to manage construction projects from pre-planning through execution, coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth progress. You will prepare technical submissions, project reports, procurement orders, and correspondence, raise inquiries when needed, and monitor progress to meet schedule and quality requirements.

A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word and MS Project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and MS Project.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Carry out project pre-planning and programming for assigned construction projects.
Attend project progress meetings.
Handle project correspondences and documentation.
Prepare technical submissions and project reports.
Raise engineering and technical inquiries when necessary.
Prepare material and equipment procurement orders.
Prepare purchase orders and letters of award to suppliers, specialists, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
