Job summary

MIMOS BERHAD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

You will coordinate scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder communications across multi-disciplinary teams, and report progress to senior management.

A Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering or IT is preferred, with 5–10 years in project management; PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STET/IT/CS or related field; master’s is advantageous.
• PM certifications (PMP/Prince2) are a plus.
• 5–10 years in project management across IT/engineering, R&D, or finance/admin.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and steering cross-functional teams.
• Leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, schedule and budget with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and track milestones.
• Identify risks and manage issues with mitigations.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor management.
• Coach junior project managers and ensure governance.
