Qualifications

• 1-3 years in project management / account management.
• Experience in property, marketing, tech, or agency environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical thinking with commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiar with tools like ClickUp.
• Good command of English & Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into clear execution plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality.
• Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, tech, and external partners.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Manage communication flow and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Track project KPIs (delivery timelines & quality).
• Ensure campaigns and initiatives are performance-driven.
• Manage client/developer expectations professionally.
• Conduct regular updates, reporting, and review meetings.
