Job summary

Xideas Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive project manager to lead the full lifecycle of marketing, tech, and real estate initiatives in a fast-growth environment in Kuala Lumpur. You will translate business strategy into execution plans, coordinate with developers and internal teams, and ensure delivery on time and on budget with high quality.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in project or account management, experience in property, marketing, tech, or agency settings, strong organizational skills,

• 1-3 years in project management / account management.
• Experience in property, marketing, tech, or agency environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical thinking with commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiar with tools like ClickUp.
• Good command of English & Chinese.
