Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. seeks a seasoned Project Engineer to support planning, monitoring, and change management for complex projects in the TI sector. You will help develop control baselines, schedules in Primavera P6, and progress reporting to client and management.

You will work with the Project Manager/Director to prepare the Project Execution Plan, manage resources and budgets, and ensure accurate cost forecasts. Strong communication and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical engineering from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM).
• Minimum 10 years' experience as Project Engineer, preferably in the TI industry.
• Experience in schedule/resource forecasting and progress reporting.
• Strong change management and contract management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM/Director in project planning, monitoring, and change management.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Prepare monthly cost and progress reports for approval.
• Coordinate resource and financial requirements from the project plan.
• Manage cost forecasts and budget control to avoid overruns.
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Oversee contract changes to minimize impact on progress.
