Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Certification in project controls or related disciplines (e.g. PMI-SP, AACE) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation of new projects within the project management system.
• Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Establish and manage project budgets, cost codes, and financial tracking systems.
• Contribute to bid and tender processes with financial modelling and risk assessment.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage change control processes, including assessment of time and cost impacts.
• Prepare and present regular project performance reports to senior management.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track schedule, cost, and risk metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in project accounting systems and reporting tools.
