Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Master Scheduler to plan, schedule, and coordinate production across engineering plans and production specifications, ensuring materials are available on time and capacity is utilized efficiently.

The role involves collaborating with procurement, production, and logistics to maintain workflow, monitor progress, adjust schedules for design changes, and report on production performance while upholding high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing and warehouse loading are on time and closely monitor material availability.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Monitor the production process to minimize delays and ensure deadlines are met.
• Analyze production specifications data to maximize production output.
• Review and adjust schedules as needed due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions.
• Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of necessary materials for production.
• Create and submit status and performance reports, collating and interpreting data on the production plan’s progress.
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to ensure high standards are maintained.
