Experience in production planning, scheduling and capacity management in manufacturing.
Experience using tier-1 ERP systems and production planning software.
Ability to analyze shop-floor metrics, inventory balances and material movements.
Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Review planning systems to align production with demand.
Create and release production orders, assess capacity, manpower and material availability.
Conduct root-cause analysis on delays to improve performance.
Monitor shop-floor inventory to optimize stock and reduce excess.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain schedule adherence and quality.
