Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in material planning, production planning or supply chain.
• Educational background includes STPM/A-Level/Pre-U or diplomas/engineering fields.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure smooth running of the production process within the company.
• Coordinate and expedite flow of work and materials according to the production schedule.
• Review production schedules and work orders to determine personnel or material requirements or priorities.
• Revise schedules as needed due to design changes, labor/material shortages or interruptions.
• Follow up with all teams to expedite material flow to meet production schedules and customer expectations.
• Record production data including volumes, material consumption, or quality control measures.
• Check documents and processes to ensure completeness and conformance to standards.
• Provide documentation for delays, difficulties, or changes to cost estimates.
• Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments.
• Participate in monthly/weekly meetings to support scheduling with capacity loading.
