Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Planner in Malaysia to coordinate and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands.

You will develop and maintain schedules, collaborate with production, procurement and inventory teams, and monitor progress to adapt to changes in orders or production issues. A Diploma or Bachelor's in SCM/Engineering is preferred; ERP systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in SCM, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast production needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate with production, procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for order changes or issues.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and prepare contingency plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage lead times and delivery expectations.
• Maintain records of schedules, forecasts and production outcomes.
