Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience or knowledge in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Analyze demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels to plan production
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw materials and components are available
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes
• Optimize capacity utilization, labor, and equipment efficiency
• Communicate production plans clearly to manufacturing and operations teams
• Track KPIs such as output, lead times, and inventory levels
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or inefficiencies
• Maintain accurate production records and reports in MRP systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction efforts
