Job summary

You will forecast shipments, release and expedite work orders, and coordinate with multiple departments to keep the ship plan on track. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of planning experience, with strong MS Office proficiency and fluent English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong cross-functional communication and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast and shipment to meet revenue plan.
• Release work orders and expedite to maintain DOI targets.
• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and provide CRD updates.
• Apply capacity knowledge for assembly/test to optimize WIP and ship plan.
• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve planning/shipment issues.
