Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to support production and operational activities, coordinating with Contract Manufacturers and cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and on-time order fulfillment.

You will monitor MRP outputs and manage POs with CMs, while contributing to inventory accuracy and efficient production execution. You will work closely with multiple teams to respond to demand changes, track progress, and help implement process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 2–3 years experience in Production Planning or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Contract Manufacturers is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support production and operational activities to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
• Coordinate supply and demand planning with cross-functional teams and CM partners.
• Monitor material availability, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.
• Generate weekly operational and planning reports and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues.
