Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Production Planner and Controller in Penang to collaborate with Business Units and customers to develop and execute a demand plan and production schedule. You will manage master scheduling, capacity sizing, and ERP loading to ensure on-time delivery and revenue realization.

The role requires 1–2 years in materials planning, strong English communication, and knowledge of ERP/MRP.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• 1–2 years of materials-related experience.
• Advanced PC skills and ability to read reports and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative demand plan with BU and customers.
• Create Master Schedule based on resource and capacity sizing.
• Load Master Schedule into ERP system.
• Maintain feasible production plan and coordinate with operations.
• Develop revenue forecast and monitor performance with corrective actions.
