Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an organized Production Planner in Kulai, Malaysia to manage daily manufacturing schedules, material availability, and resource allocation. The role focuses on streamlining workflows and driving continuous improvement to ensure on-time product delivery.

You will develop optimized production plans, monitor activities, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Warehouse to prevent downtime and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement optimized production plans to maximize resource utilization and align with master schedules.
• Monitor daily production activities and schedules to ensure material availability.
• Prepare material schedules and issue purchase requests based on sales orders.
• Plan and manage raw material inventories to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with Engineering and support teams to resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams for seamless material handling and timely delivery.
• Support workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and output quality.
