Grand Venture Technology is seeking a Demand/Forecast Planner to translate customer orders into capacity plans, aligning production with raw materials for timely delivery. You will release and track schedules to maximize machine utilization and compare plan vs actual output.

Responsibilities include analyzing forecast changes, preparing weekly management reports, and developing and maintaining material plans and ERP-based systems to support efficient warehouse operations in a precision machining

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in precision machining environment (preferred).
Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and with high accuracy.

Responsabilités

Analyze demand/forecast orders from customers to determine required capacity.
Align production plan with raw materials to maximize efficiency and timely delivery.
Release and ensure proper production plan schedules and track plan vs actual output.
Analyze forecast changes and prepare weekly/periodic management reports.
Develop and maintain material planning system and ERP-based processes.
Oversee warehouse activities and coordinate daily operations.
Handle special projects as assigned.
