Job summary

ViTrox Corporation Berhad in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a proactive Planning Executive to manage production scheduling and material planning to ensure on-time fulfillment. You will work closely with Sales, R&D, and Procurement to align demand forecasts with manufacturing capacity and inventory targets.

The role emphasizes enhancing forecast accuracy and driving continuous improvement across end-to-end order fulfillment, with a focus on meeting customer requirements through effective planning

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or master's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain, Technology Management or equivalent
• Preferably 3+ years related experience in order fulfillment and material planning
• Strong planning and scheduling skills with inventory control proficiency

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed production scheduling and material planning based on sales orders and demand forecasts.
• Ensure the build plan aligns with customer requests and requirements.
• Drive forecast accuracy by coordinating with the Business Development team on demand loading.
• Collaborate with R&D, Technical Support, and Procurement on critical planning tasks and stock levels for safety inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement of end-to-end order fulfillment processes.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Planning Executive to join our results-driven team. If you excel at production scheduling, material planning, and driving forecast accuracy while ensuring continuous process improvement for end-to-end fulfillment, we encourage you to apply immediately to be a key contributor!

Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed production scheduling and material planning based on incoming sales orders and the latest demand forecasts.
• Ensure the build plan is met accurately by matching production and material planning activities with customer requests and requirements.
• Drive forecast accuracy by liaising directly with the Business Development team regarding customer demand loading and projections.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Technical Support, and Procurement) on critical planning tasks, including identifying and securing essential parts, establishing strategic stock levels for safety inventory and managing material and inventory planning for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts for the end-to-end order fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Degree, or Master's in Business Administration, Operation Management, Logistics and Supply Chain, Technology Management or equivalent

Required Skills:

• Preferably more than 3 years related experience in order fulfillment and material planning
• Understanding of production control and planning, experience in inventory control
• Excellent planning and scheduling skills
