Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a Parts Planner to manage component-level Material Requirements Planning (MRP), safety stock, and material availability to support production schedules. Reporting to the PMC Supervisor, you will issue Purchase Requisitions (PR), track material readiness, and help prevent line stoppages across production lines.

You will coordinate ECN changes, monitor inventories, and drive SLOB reduction in collaboration with procurement and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of production material planning, inventory control, or supply chain execution experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in automotive components or assembly preferred.
• Advanced Excel (data analysis, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Kingdee ERP or SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• MRP Execution: Perform regular MRP calculations to align inventory procurement with master production schedules.
• Requisitioning: Generate accurate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and issue to Procurement to maintain target safety stock.
• Line Support: Conduct daily material availability and readiness reviews to mitigate shortage risks before line allocation.
• Shortage Management: Expedite critical component deliveries and resolve line-stop threats promptly.
• ECN & Inventory Life-Cycle: Coordinate ECN cut-over schedules and phase-in/phase-out to minimize scrap.
• SLOB Control: Monitor aging reports and drive depletion or disposition of slow-moving or obsolete stock.
