Lopie Paper (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kedah is seeking a Planning Executive/Procurement Executive to formulate production, material demand and finished product delivery plans aligned with sales orders. The role ensures timely release of materials and balanced daily production plans.

You will coordinate with departments to resolve production and inventory issues, control material costs, monitor turnover, and prepare weekly and monthly reports to drive efficiency and cost improvements.

Responsabilités

• Formulate production plan, material demand plan, and finished product delivery plan based on sales order delivery requirements.
• Prepare production task orders, arrange material plan and supply materials in a timely manner to ensure balanced production according to daily production plan.
• Communicate with relevant departments to coordinate and resolve abnormal problems in production and inventory demand process.
• Release material requirements planning, control material inventory and material costs, and improve inventory turnover rate.
• Coordinate work progress across departments and adjust time and workflow of each production process.
• Monitor inventory turnover and analyze sluggish materials for action.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and summarize data from various reports.
