Job summary

AIA (Vietnam) Life Insurance Malaysia is seeking a Product Marketing & Customer Propositions specialist to plan and launch campaigns for Partnership Distribution, manage end-to-end product development, and oversee regulatory/compliance initiatives within the product development process.

You will lead market research, collaborate with stakeholders, prepare product specifications and accompanying materials, and support integrated marketing campaigns and staff training across Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial or Marketing is required.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product development and plan/launch campaigns for Partnership Distribution.
• Lead preparation of Product Development Committee with stakeholders within timelines.
• Conduct market research, data analysis and collect feedback to identify trends and gaps.
• Lead product ideation and secure buy-in from Partnership Distribution.
• Coordinate with actuarial and regulatory teams on product specs, contracts and PDS.
• Prepare contract templates and support UAT with system users.
• Provide support for integrated marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Deliver Train-the-trainer sessions and guide staff on various areas.
• Participate in special projects (online channel, etc.) and ensure regulatory compliance.
