Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Malaysia seeks a senior Product Lead for Digital Insurance to design propositions, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships with digital platforms. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the insurance industry, especially in Product Development or GI Actuarial Pricing.
• Leadership experience leading a small to mid-size product/pricing team.
• Degree holder, preferably Actuarial Science.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory environment for general insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate partner potential and provide senior management with market assessments.
• Lead product strategy for RFP/RFI with potential partners.
• Develop and optimize the product portfolio post-deal, review performance metrics.
• Lead go-to-market strategy with partners, including roadmaps and business plans.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and pricing/repricing processes; liaison with regulators.
