Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Proposition Manager to lead product strategy and lifecycle for life insurance offerings. You will guide ideation, development, approval, implementation, and post-launch review.

You’ll partner with actuarial, underwriting, legal, compliance, distribution and operations to ensure compliant delivery, governance and compelling value for customers. This role offers regional exposure and clear career progression within a reputable organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in banking, finance, business or related field.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders end-to-end.
• Strong commercial acumen for market opportunities and business cases.
• Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience leading teams in regulated financial services.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation, proposition development, approval, implementation, and post-launch review.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and customer research to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, legal, compliance, distribution, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Oversee product governance, regulatory compliance, product documentation, and approval processes.
• Drive product enhancements, campaigns, and initiatives to improve business performance and customer value propositions.
• Manage system requirements, UAT processes, and implementation readiness for product launches.
• Coach and lead a team while fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
