Qualifications

• Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Experience with purchase order systems and supplier assessments.
• Excellent English communication with internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update vendor information in the procurement system, including contact details, product offerings, and pricing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery schedules and competitive pricing.
• Assist in supplier evaluation, selection, and negotiations as required.
• Create and issue purchase orders in line with policies and procedures, and track delivery timelines.
• Receive goods, verify against orders, and ensure proper documentation and inspection.
