Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• EMS PCBA manufacturing background.
• Proven procurement and supply chain experience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement for new projects and mass production.
• Implement sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, and delivery.
• Manage purchase orders in ERP, supplier confirmation, and delivery follow-up.
• Monitor and control inventory to align with sales and production needs.
• Handle MRO and indirect purchasing including quotations and PO issuance.
• Coordinate with departments for raw material availability and efficiency.
• Control procurement budget and drive cost-effectiveness.
• Resolve supplier delivery, quality, and service delay issues.
