Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Executive for a Malaysia-based electronics manufacturer focused on smart devices, PCB assembly, and automation support. You will manage end-to-end procurement and build supplier relations.

The role requires 1–3 years in procurement, a relevant degree, ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), and proficiency with MS Office. You will ensure timely purchasing, negotiate terms, and maintain stock levels to support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (supply chain, business, engineering).
• 1–3 years procurement/sourcing experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and multitasking.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed to ensure optimal vendor selection.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain smooth operations and avoid shortages.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support long-term procurement goals.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
