Job summary

You will source and evaluate suppliers, conduct RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate terms, and build strong internal and external relationships to secure reliable supply.

Responsibilities include creating and managing Purchase Orders, tracking orders, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase requisition to purchase order and delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, delivery timelines, and service.
• Conduct RFQ/RFP processes, compare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, warranties, and delivery conditions.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery.
