Bunge Loders Croklaan Oils Sdn Bhd is seeking a Purchasing Executive to oversee sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and SAP PO execution in a food manufacturing setting. The role requires reviewing PRs/SCs in SAP, ensuring governance, and driving cost savings with stakeholders.

You will engage with suppliers, manage delivery issues, and ensure compliance with procurement policies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and stakeholder education.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field required.
• 5+ years in buying and production planning in food manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, SAP PO execution.
• Review PRs/SCs in SAP/SRM and monitor orders.
• Ensure procurement policy compliance and governance.
• Lead cost saving initiatives and supplier reviews.
• Coordinate PO issuance with BBS team and address supplier issues.
