Job summary

PH Uni Palm Sdn Bhd is seeking a Purchasing Executive based in Johor to manage end-to-end procurement for manufacturing and logistics operations. The role requires evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials.

You will handle requisitions, record-keeping and invoicing checks, with a focus on cost efficiency. Palm oil industry experience is a plus and the HQ is located in Stulang Laut, Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–4 years of working experience in procurement or related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Palm Oil Mill experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery and cost competitiveness.
• Process requisitions and verify supplier invoices before submission to accounts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams on procurement needs.
• Negotiate terms, prices and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and support ad-hoc procurement projects as assigned by HOD.
