Job summary

Oversee sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, SAP purchase order execution, procurement governance, and supplier relationship management to ensure efficient purchasing operations.

In a food manufacturing environment, you will manage RFI/RFQ/tender processes, review PRs/SCs in SAP, ensure on-time delivery, and drive cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in related study.
• >5 years of related industry experience in buying and production planning.
• Experience in food manufacturing environment.
• Integrity and ethical.
• Willingness to embrace change and look for growth.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and experience in SAP system.
• Advance understanding of Procurement practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and negotiations for procurement categories (MRO, spare parts, chemicals, services).
• Lead RFIs, RFQs, tenders; perform market analysis and supplier sourcing.
• Review PRs/SCs in SAP/SRM; monitor orders and ensure materials availability.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Educate stakeholders on procurement requirements and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with BBS team to issue POs and address supplier issues.
• Drive on-time delivery; participate in supplier reviews and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support vendor onboarding and MDG-based creation; collaborate with Legal.
