The ideal candidate has a degree with 5+ years in buying and production planning, and strong MS Excel and SAP skills. Applicants should understand procurement in the food manufacturing sector and be ready to drive cost savings

Qualifications

Degree holder with relevant industry experience in buying and production planning.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and governance.
Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

Responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and SAP PO execution to ensure cost-effective procurement operations.
Manage sourcing and negotiations for assigned categories across multiple supplier relationships.
Lead RFx processes, market analysis, and supplier sourcing for responsible categories.
Review PRs/Shopping Carts in SAP/SRM and monitor order fulfillment to ensure material availability.
