Job summary

SL METALS (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Procurement & Inventory Executive (junior and senior level) to manage end-to-end procurement, stock control and reporting for our Singapore HQ and regional operations.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, at least 2 years' relevant experience, plus hands-on ERP and Excel skills, strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, inventory or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Experience in auditing and reporting related to procurement or inventory operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities to source materials and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain stock.
• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Work with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock-in and ERP recording.
