Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive end-to-end purchasing and commodity management across our manufacturing operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will shape sourcing strategies for raw materials and indirect services, steer metal commodity portfolios, and lead contract negotiations with key suppliers.

You will also develop and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring governance across procurement and logistics.

Qualifications

• End-to-end procurement and sourcing experience in manufacturing/industry
• Direct materials and metal commodity procurement expertise
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship skills
• Experience mentoring and growing a procurement team

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end purchasing lifecycle and commodity strategies
• Formulate sourcing strategies for raw materials and indirect services
• Oversee metal commodity portfolios and market analysis
• Manage contract lifecycle, vendor selection, and negotiations
• Develop and mentor a high-performing procurement team
