Haritage Brands Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent professional to manage end-to-end procurement and inventory processes in Penang. You will coordinate from PRO to PO, track deliveries, and ensure accurate invoicing and documentation.

The role requires strong coordination with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring timely payments, stock accuracy, and KPI-driven procurement operations in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, operations or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Inventory.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication in English, Malay & Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end purchasing: PRO to PO issuance, delivery tracking, invoice closure, and e-documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain relationships.
• Monitor outstanding PROs and invoices to ensure timely payments and system updates.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate monthly stock takes, and reconcile with accounting.
• Maintain procurement records and KPIs, and provide timely feedback to superiors.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
