You will partner with Finance and internal requesters, managing PR/PO initiation, accruals, and invoice reconciliation to support timely payment and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud CBM) and data tracking.
• Ability to analyze data to identify inconsistencies and ensure accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with requesters, vendors, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PR/PO process ensuring requests start within 48 hours.
• Coordinate monthly accruals and ensure POs are properly categorized.
• Review invoices for matching PO data, pricing and quantity before payment.
• Identify root causes of invoicing issues and work with AP and suppliers to resolve them.
• Monitor open POs and resolve aging issues to keep system data clean.
• Assist in automating reporting flows and streamline manual tasks.
