Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ERP procurement platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud CBM).
• Ability to manage high-volume billing and project updates in trackers/spreadsheets.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with finance and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PR/PO process within a 48-hour window.
• Coordinate monthly accruals and ensure correct PO categorization.
• Timely invoice governance with PO data, pricing, and quantity matching.
• Identify root causes of invoicing issues and resolve discrepancies with AP and suppliers.
• Monitor open POs, manage revisions/closures, and keep data clean.
• Assist in automated reporting and seek workflow automation opportunities.
