MR DIY International is seeking a Business Solution Analyst to act as the strategic bridge between technology delivery and business operations. You will lead a team of analysts to align IT projects with procurement, supply chain, and retail goals across several countries and store formats.

You will translate business objectives into tangible requirements, drive collaborative workshops, and promote adoption of new digital workflows with measurable impact on efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of total experience in relevant roles.
• At least 3 years in a lead, managerial, or senior consultant role.
• Solid knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and retail operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Business Analysts to drive cross-functional alignment across IT, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Map current processes and design optimized future-state digital workflows for procurement, supply chain and finance.
• Translate business goals into functional requirements and BRDs for technical delivery.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure adoption across multiple countries and store formats.
