Job summary

Aero Service Technologies Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Manager to lead end-to-end production planning at the Port Klang facility. You will translate customer demand into actionable shop-floor plans, optimize resource use, and ensure timely fulfillment while upholding SQDP standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years in planning or fulfillment, and proven leadership abilities to drive continuous improvement in a high-precision manufacturing

• 10+ years of experience in planning or fulfillment roles in manufacturing/service.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement efficient planning and fulfillment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of robust production schedules.
• Translate customer demand into actionable shop-floor plans.
• Analyze bottlenecks and adjust schedules to balance load and capacity.
• Oversee material availability and coordinate with supply chain for timely deliveries.
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate planning effectiveness.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and sales to align daily operations with long-term goals.
