Job summary

Aero Service Technologies Malaysia in Port Klang, Selangor, is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Manager to drive end-to-end production planning and customer fulfillment in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

You will optimize production schedules to meet delivery commitments while upholding SQDP standards, bridge capacity with demand, manage inventory coordination, and lead cross-functional teams toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall work experience with at least 3 years in production planning or customer fulfillment in manufacturing or service environments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement efficient planning and fulfillment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of robust production schedules.
• Analyze production bottlenecks and lead-time constraints, adjusting schedules to balance load and capacity.
• Orchestrate end-to-end customer order fulfillment and align production output with delivery commitments.
• Oversee material availability and coordinate with procurement to align arrivals with schedules.
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate planning and fulfillment performance.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the planning cycle to reduce waste and lead times.
