Job summary

DaVita Inc. in Malaysia seeks an experienced Payroll Executive to champion the iWoW payroll system and deliver accurate, timely monthly payroll across multiple entities.

You will manage pre- and post-payroll reconciliations, statutory submissions, and robust reporting while maintaining confidentiality and audit readiness. The role requires 4–6 years of end-to-end payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of comprehensive end-to-end payroll experience, preferably handling multiple entities and profiles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly payroll runs with 100% data accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll reconciliations and generate monthly payroll reports.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and audit documentation.
• Automate and optimize payroll workflows and processes.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and tax regulations.
• Process statutory contributions and deductions within deadlines.
• Support year-end tax exercises including Form EA and Form E.
• Administer SOCSO and EIS submissions and liaise with authorities.
