Qualifications

• Preferably candidates with a background in schools, education, teaching or educational institutions.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin (Chinese).
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in sales, marketing or business development is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotion.
• Confident in meeting clients and developing business relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, hardworking and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Prepare sales proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Negotiate business deals and secure new partnerships.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company services.
• Manage and promote company services through social media platforms.
• Create marketing content, advertisements and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
• Represent the company at business meetings, networking events and job fairs.
• Establish connections with schools, colleges, universities and educational institutions.
• Develop partnerships for recruitment, training and employment opportunities.
• Promote overseas employment opportunities and recruitment services to educational institutions.
• Coordinate meetings and presentations with school management and relevant representatives.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and potential business deals.
• Provide professional customer service and business support.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
