Job summary

CENGILD G.I. Medical Centre in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager to drive patient referrals and growth through strategic partnerships, corporate programmes, medical tourism and international patient development.

You will build and manage corporate accounts, insurance/TPA relationships, GP referral networks, and coordinate with clinical, marketing and operations teams to maximise service utilisation and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate accounts and insurance/TPA relationships.
• Experience in international market development and medical tourism.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Malay, Indonesian or other relevant languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate accounts and strategic partnerships to drive patient referrals and service utilisation.
• Develop GP, clinic and referral networks through engagement and relationship-building.
• Identify priority international markets and referral opportunities for patient acquisition.
• Build relationships with international partners and support market development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase referrals and business growth across channels.
• Monitor referral performance, market trends and ROI, and provide reports to management.
• Coordinate with clinical, patient services, marketing and operations teams to support BD and referrals.
