NPAworldwide is seeking a Business Development Lead International Markets for a Medical Devices company with a strong cardiovascular focus to drive international growth across Malaysia and beyond.

You will build distributor networks, tailor go-to-market strategies, and oversee regulatory and market access efforts while leading cross-functional teams to scale revenue and margins globally.

Formación

• Strong experience in Medical Devices, preferably within Interventional Cardiology, Cardiology, Radiology, or Cardiology Imaging.
• Demonstrated success in international business development/export sales.
• Proven experience building and managing distributor networks across multiple countries.
• Track record of successfully commercializing products and scaling international business.
• Good understanding of regulatory, reimbursement, and tendering pathways in international medical device markets.
• Experience leading a small team and working effectively across multiple geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver international revenue and gross-margin targets.
• Identify and prioritize new export markets based on market potential, competition, regulatory environment, and strategic fit.
• Develop and execute country/territory-specific go-to-market strategies.
• Build and strengthen key customer and distributor relationships across international markets.
• Lead international commercialization and expansion of the product portfolio.
• Structure pricing, incentives, credit terms, and commercial arrangements to drive profitable growth.
