Job summary

You will provide financial and workforce insights to support senior management decisions, track priorities and drive timely actions with stakeholders across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in banking/financial services or management consulting with exposure to business management, financial management, governance or workforce planning.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• This is an individual contributor role responsible for coordinating activities and influencing outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Support the production of management reporting, performance dashboards and business reviews across the function.
• Analyse business performance and management information, providing insights on key trends, risks and areas requiring management attention.
• Monitor delivery of business priorities and track actions arising from leadership and governance forums.
• Coordinate governance forums, leadership meetings and management committees, ensuring high-quality materials, accurate reporting and clear action tracking.
