OCBC Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor for Consumer Financial Services. You will partner closely with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people initiatives, manage large-scale transformations, and drive talent, performance, and workforce planning across a major workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRBP or HR transformation initiatives.
• Credible partner to senior or C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to senior leaders to translate business strategy into people plans.
• Lead initiatives like Branch Transformation and large-scale restructurings.
• Develop organizational development and change strategies with leadership.
• Drive workforce planning, succession, capability building, and internal mobility.
• Oversee performance calibration, compensation guidance, and recognition frameworks.
• Support employee experience, culture, and governance with COEs.
