Qualifications

• Degree in Bachelor of Business, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales or service experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant portfolio revenue growth through acquisition, activation, and expansion.
• Promote PayG Business Loan to NTB and existing customers.
• Deliver against sales targets and revenue KPIs.
• Maintain profitable merchant activity and optimize profitability.
• Build and maintain long-term merchant relationships.
