Job summary

ELSA is seeking an experienced Material Coordinator to manage readiness, receiving, inspection, storage and disposal of stock and non-stock assets at our warehouse and yards in Labuan.

You will organize QAQC inspections, coordinate third-party inspections when required, and ensure compliant cargo handling, customs declarations, and timely inventory updates across materials management systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics) required.
• At least five years of experience as Material Coordinator with knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Proficient in SAP and/or SAP SMARTGEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor and execute readiness, receiving, inspection, storage, withdrawal and assets disposal for stock and non-stock at warehouses and yards.
• Organize QAQC inspections for goods received and coordinate timely third-party inspections when required.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth base operations and vessel movements to the rig.
• Organize and execute customs declarations for imported materials/equipment.
• Create and expedite PR/Orders for LLI and monitor delivery.
• Update receipts, withdrawals and returns in the materials management system.
• Prepare post drilling reports/inventory lists after project completion.
• Consolidate and manage inventory to minimize surplus and storage costs.
