Responsibilities

• Involves in purchasing activities including issue Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition, Request For Quote, etc.
• Follow up with supplier to ensure timely delivery of goods ordered.
• Update SAP MRP database timely to ensure system has accurate info.
• Review safety stock decisions and timely update on usage evolution.
• Involve in supplier selection and evaluation process.
• Monitor commodity to ensure sufficient stock.
• Maintain a proper record of purchase, quotation and suppliers information.
• Liaise with shipping department on materials import shipment.
• Coordinate and support finance if there is invoicing issue from suppliers.
• Carry out other duties as directed by Management.
